Rentals: a new product line goes GA

Rentals went live for everyone - listings, booking pages, blocked slots, duration discounts, calendar sync, taxes, and (later in the month) SMS and WhatsApp notifications. Communication channels level up

Email marketing: sequences and spintax

Email Sequences entered Beta Labs and Spintax arrived for dynamic message variants - both significant for deliverability and scale on the engine covered in our email marketing deep-dive. An Email Services Dashboard gave agencies fleet-wide sending visibility, and Email AI expanded access for agencies.

Agencies and SaaS operators

The new sub-accounts management experience modernized the agency console, SaaS offerings scaled to 99 plans and categories, affiliate commission splits got smarter, and India gained recurring mandate support (see the India guide). Dashboards added Google Ads, SMS and SLA widgets - reporting depth that strengthens the model in our agency CRM guide.

Developer and power-user corner

Python arrived in the Custom Code action, Housecall Pro and Calendly workflow integrations landed, Xero sync got controllable, and Ask AI went team-wide on mobile with interactive artifacts.
