In private beta
- SaaS Multi-Brands (spotted Aug 7) - run two independent white label brands inside a single SaaS account, each with its own domain, logo, theme, custom CSS and legal pages, mapped to sub-accounts or plan categories. Requires the Pro plan. Public beta is expected in late August 2026.
- RCS workflow actions (spotted Jul 10) - Send RCS and RCS Interactive Message actions bring rich cards, carousels and suggested replies into automated journeys. General availability is planned for the end of Q3 2026.
- Events checkout redesign (spotted Jul 24) - a full-page, step-by-step event checkout with a persistent order summary and built-in coupon codes replaces the old modal flow.
In public beta
- Social Planner post sync for LinkedIn and TikTok (spotted Jul 31) - imports posts already published on LinkedIn Organization Pages and TikTok accounts into Social Planner, refreshing engagement metrics every 24 hours.
- Event page content customization (spotted Jul 17) - every attendee-facing label, heading, button and error message on event pages can be rewritten, with live preview and reset-to-default.
- Communities post creation nudges (spotted Jul 10) - prompts members to share new courses, events and course completions as pre-filled community posts in the new GoKollab UI.
- WhatsApp username support (spotted Aug 7) - first-time contacts who message via a WhatsApp username are captured with their username and Business-Scoped User ID. Meta is rolling this out region by region, starting with test markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Colombia and Peru.

- Global Search V2 (spotted Jul 24) - one search across 8 products and 530+ indexed routes with fuzzy matching, keyboard shortcuts and voice input.
- Voice AI trial call Prompt Optimizer (spotted Aug 7) - after a test call, the optimizer generates scenarios, scores prompt variations and applies the best one to your agent.
- Conversations AI Prompt Optimizer (spotted Jul 31) - runs AI-generated chat scenarios against a cloned agent, scores the outcomes and proposes a rewritten prompt for review.
- Voice AI WhatsApp action (spotted Jul 31) - Voice AI agents can send pre-approved WhatsApp templates, such as booking or payment links, to the caller during a live call.
- Email action for company and custom object workflows (spotted Jul 31) - sends email to associated contacts through up to 10 association labels.
- Entrance animations (spotted Jul 31) - animation controls for sections, rows and columns in the funnel and website builder.

- Unified reselling page (spotted Jul 24) - subscription and usage-based products on one Reselling page, with an agency-level global markup for usage-based pricing.
- Course progress analytics (spotted Jul 24) - completion rates, average progress, time to complete, a learner journey funnel and member-level CSV export.
- Conversations AI channel management (spotted Jul 10) - assign any bot directly to specific channels, numbers and contact tag filters instead of routing everything through one primary bot.
- Google Business Profile post sync (spotted Aug 7) - one-way import of published GBP posts into Social Planner every 24 hours.
- Marketplace migrations (spotted Aug 7) - the Slack and TikTok Lead Ads integrations are moving to the App Marketplace framework, with existing connections migrated automatically.
- Store Builder placeholder images (spotted Jul 24) - standardized placeholder images and text across ecommerce store pages in the page builder.
- Instagram unified onboarding (spotted Jun 19) - connect Instagram accounts directly without a linked Facebook Page, syncing Instagram Direct conversations, contacts and workflow triggers into the CRM.
- Webinar notifications and analytics (spotted Jun 19) - template-first setup for registration, reminder, thank you and feedback emails, with configurable triggers, recurring session support and open, click and delivery reporting.

- GoKollab onboarding personalization (spotted Jul 24) - a post-signup flow that tailors the Discover feed, recommendations and notifications.

What does Labs mean in HighLevel?
Labs is an opt-in area under Settings where account admins can switch on early-stage features before general release. Labs features are production-ready but still collecting feedback, and they can usually be toggled per sub-account.
How do I get into a HighLevel private beta?
Private betas are typically enabled for an initial cohort by HighLevel. You can raise your hand through the ideas board at ideas.gohighlevel.com, through your account manager, or by watching for the public beta stage, which usually follows within weeks.
How often is this page updated?
Weekly. Each item carries the date we first spotted it, and items move to the Shipped section once they reach general availability. The page header shows the current-as-of date.
